Heater Problems

Preface: '99 9-5 Sport Combi Coupe, 2.3L. I just had the cabin blower motor replaced as it had completely died. The AC works fine however however there is no heat coming out of the lower vents even when I set it on "HI". I reset the ACC and got no codes. During the time when it was running the reset, hot air came out briefly throught the top vents (as it should) but still no heat out the lower vents. Any thoughts? The morning temps are getting colder!
