99 9-5 smokes fiercly and eats tons of oil!! Turbo???

I Just bought a 99 9-5 SE from a Auction, it has 127k on it and was in pretty good shape, it started right up and seemed to run fine till I got it unloaded from the truck at home, I took it for a drive around the block and about 1 mile downthe raod it started smoking fiercly, and of course had no power it would only do 20mph, I went a total of 2-3 miles and it ate up about 2 qts of oil. I assume it's the turbo but this car is so different from the early 90's 2.3's, it has tons of Vac lines and emissions stuf on it. is thier anything besides a turbo that could cause this? righ now i disconnected the intake pipe and yes the pipe is oil filled as is the intake itself. i can see some oil seepage around the turbo where it bolts onto the exhaust manifold but more so where it bolts to the exhaust pipe. the car seems to run just fine with the turbo pipe unhooked except it will sometimes stall on idle which does not supprize me, it still smokes something terrible, but their is lots of oil to butn off! right now I had hoped It would burn out the oil in hte intake and clear up, if it does that will confirm turbo but wanted to see if their could possibly be anything else to look for. I know the intercooler will need cleaned if I replace the turbo...
