First you remove the plastic trim around the trunk.
Then remove the Toxax screws for the trunk floor & remove the little storage bin then all remaining plastic trim around the window.
Then you can unbolt the pannel & move it off the speaker.
Then the speaker is 3/4 bolts from the housing ( no need to remove the housing).. Remember the order of wiring.
If you outer foam is blown, just relaace it on its own of you can use a knife & super glue... I bought the 6 1/2 in foam inserts from Simply speaker for mayby $26 & repaired it myself.
Removel took approx 1 hour, speaker cone fix maybe 20 min ( excluding dry time) & reinstall about 1/2 hour.
