This is usually a classic symptom of backed up drainage lines. Is this something the dealership looked for? If you look under your car right under the driver side door and in about 12" there's a hole in the bottom of the car and a little (maybe 1/4") rubber hose sticks out. There's one identical to it on the passenger side too. These are the A/C drain lines, and they very commonly get plugged up. So to check them, turn your A/C on LOW and the fans all the way up. Make sure you're doing this while the car is warmed up, like after a drive. Close ALL the vents in the car and look under the car at the drain hoses. Put your finger over them to see if air is coming out, and if they're working properly water should drip out eventually. If not, all the water that's supposed to drip out is going onto your floors. I have never heard of A/C pipe condensation causing these kinds of problems. Good luck!
