It can be tough finding the source of the whistling because like many noises it can sort of bounce around and be transmitted through various materials before you hear it. Almost certainly it is not the vents or the dash, if you look at where the air comes in under the hood it's not really subjected to higher pressures at higher speeds, by design. If the windshield was replaced that's possible but the #1 cause is the a bad seal around the door. Let us know what you find.
