You have indicated that your car is a 2.3t. This means that it has a 4 cylinder engine, which do not have timing belts.
Your car does have an accessory drive belt. It operates the power steering pump, water pump, A/C compressor and the alternator. Saab recommends replacement every 60K miles.
If this was done on your car at 60K miles, you'll be due again at 120K miles. If the accessory drive belt (serpentine belt) was not done at 60K miles, do it now or sooner. The symptom of failure is loss of power steering and the alternator light very suddenly. Towing is unavoidable because without the water pump operating overheating and engine damage will result.
