P0507 Idle Control System RPM Too Hight?

I got this code. It was just pending so it hasn't set the CEL, but I am wondering if something is malfunctioning or if it's just a momentary anomoly.
I do have a little throttle hesitation under acceleration before the engine gets hot and there were a couple of cold mornings within the last week when the engine died the first time I put it in gear.
Although I can't imagine a relationship to this, I also have a failing ABS with all the normal symptoms and a P0501 Speedo signal code.
