Yeah, call 'em. Depending on your age, location and record, Saabs are usually one of the cheaper cars to insure, because there are so few of them that there's not a big data base, and 9-5s are not known as cars that are driven by hooners.
In contrast, an AARPie I know decided he had to have a WRX and, being a prudent sort, called his insurance agent to check. He didn't buy because he said the monthly insurance payment was nearly as much as the car payment. It's because the people who drive 'em often wreck 'em, totalling both the car and often its occupants.
So you may be pleasantly surprised. If not, check around. Premiums differ from co. to co.
