Turns out there is no problem with the clutch, the wipers or signals. It was the ignition switch.
About a week ago I turned the ignition and heard a crack. Since then the ignition wouldn't turn from the "start" position to the "on" position.
I forgot about this and when I started my car I left it in the "start" position, which leaves the wipers, signals and other electrical items off.
Hope this helps anyone that has this issue in the future.
Alex
