the 2001 Aero had 225 HP. There is really not too much driving difference between 225 and the 250 Aero because the reading is just a few seconds at peak power.
Back to my old Porsche......the rears wear unevenly, but the handling is great. And all these old Porsches wear unevenly and that is just the way they are.
Saab Aeros 94s have that negative camber stance and the tire wear is usually fine.
