To clear the time for service message, fist hit the clear button to clear all of the messages on SID. Then once all the messages are cleared hold the clear button down. after a few seconds it will beep and display "Cleared" don't let up on the button, keep holding it down and after a few more seconds it will beep again and display "Service" on SID. You can now release the clear button.
As for the service theft message, you can replace the faulty siren or you can have SID programmed using TECH2 to have no theft alarm message.
Question? If you just had the SID replaced, why didn't they reset the service message? Usually when you put in a new SID, you program it to the car and then after its programmed you use Tech2 to reset the service message, otherwise it will usually come on shortly after the customer pick up the car.
