Blue smoke is usually not a head gasket, like TonyJ said. More likely it is valve seals, or at worst, piston rings, if it is the basic motor at all. It can be your turbo seals on the compressor side (bad turbo seals on the turbine side usually cause white smoke).
Under what conditions do you see the smoke?
Basically, before throwing money at it, get it diagnosed by a competent Saab shop.
