Ongoing coolant loss - Bar's leak sealer OK?

OK, my 2002 Arc V6 has been losing coolant ever since I've owned it (02/2006). The Dealer did lots of service while under CPO. Water pump X 2, cooler, hoses, heater bypass valve, cooler cover (had many tiny holes like electrolysis). The leak is now the slowest it's been which might be due to the custom 8 psi radiator cap? I lose about 4 ounces a month. The Dealer is willing to look at it again but they pressure it up to 16 psi and let it sit overnight. Still shows 16 psi the next morning, so they are at a loss. I've been considering using Bar's stop leak. Is that a bad idea? Bar's Folks claim it won't clog anything up and is good to use for preventative measures? I'm skeptical. Advise? Thanks!
Amazingly, the car has been behaving really well since the warranty expired and I'm the only one under the hood. Seems like every time it got serviced, something else was broken.
