With those kind of readings you're fine. I drove my 2000 9-5 280K miles and oil pressure readings were at that level. I used Mobile-1 0-40W full synthetic with a change every 5K miles.
Serious sludge issues usually show up as a flickering oil pressure light. The oil pressure switch closes and sets off the light at 6 psi! Cruising with pressure in the 30's is pretty healthy.
I've always installed an oil pressure gauge in my Saab's, including my new one, a 2007 9-5 Aero. It's read 28-35 psi at 2K rpm when warmed up and 19-22 psi at idle...since it was new.
