All readings are relative to ground or the negative post on the battery.
+30 is always at +12VDC
+54 is at +12VDC only with the ignition switch in the ON position
+15 is at +12VDC only with the ignition switch in the ON or START position
If you go to (in the WIS) 3. Electrical System...Wiring Harness...<CLICK> on symbol for wiring diagram you'll see these nets listed.
For most systems in the car +30, +15, and +50 are the source for +12VDC. All of these are active when the car is running; +30 is active even when the car is off.
Note that +12VDC could vary depending on load and operation of the alternator.
