I would get the car to a body shop to have them go over it. There could be damage that is underneath and not immediately apparent. Sadly, your damage description indicates that the cost of repair is going to be significant.
To get the car into neutral....
1. Insert and push a second key into the rectangular opening in front of the shift lever.
2. Insert the other key into the ignition and turn ON.
3. You should now be able to move the shift lever to neutral.
The complete loss of power indicates that there may be other problems not readily apparent.
