If Bobc is right about the thermostat and the coolant temp sensor being the problem, well, it seems on the high side to me, but I always seem to overestimate the good and humanity in the dealership folk. Parts couldn't be much more than $100 for both of those.
$880 does seem expensive for the water pump and tensioners, but that could be v6 tax... dealer wanted ~$600 for my Aero wp. Also, do you think it needs to be replaced? If your engine isn't unusually noisy, or doesn't reek of coolant-smell, then you might ignore this one for now (although, it is a lot easier to do it with the belt and pulleys).
$945 for the 60k service seems way out of line... mine didn't cost much over $600 (again, I have an Aero, not a v6) ... but that is still too much of a difference for similar service requirements. I definitely agree with Bobc, make sure they aren't double-dipping, since 60k service is supposed to include the new serp. belt.
