You have already done the important first step... Posted by MI-Roger [Email] ![]() ![]() In Reply to: ABS Module 2000 95SE Wagon 133,000, Bob, Tue, 20 Jan 2009 11:06:23 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
The important first step is to have the problems properly diagnosed by a Saab Technician with a Tech-II.
bba-reman repaired my unit last summer. A rebuild is much better cost wise than a new unit, $2500+! But sending out a unit for a $200 rebuild when the real cause is a $65 wheel speed sensor is a waste of time and effort.
Contact bba regarding shipping. Their website allows you to complete a shipping label before they know your unit will be arriving, a slightly clumsy arrangement. Calling them prior to completing the on-line shipping label is the preferred method.
You didn't say where you are located, but ATE (Auto Truck Electronics) in Florida and Module Masters in Idaho also repair these Bosch units. There is a Canadian company also, Anderson Solutions, that can eliminate cross-border shipping issues for Canadian owners.
