I had a similar issue with my 99 9-3 when new. After taking it to the dealer and being told by the service manager that it did not pull (even though it did) so I took it to my friends Big -O shop to have it checked out. Since the only adjustment is to the toe the dealer and most shops will tell you it was within specs. The problem was that one of the front wheels was set further forward than the other. The cradle that holds the engine and front suspension was basically bolted to the body out of alignment. The shop loosened all the bolts that attach the cradle to the body (I think it was about 8 bolts) and shifted the cradle so that the front wheels were aligned with the car. Some effort was required to hold everything in position while the bolts were retightened. This corrected the problem on my car. A quick way to check this is to measure the distance from the center of the rim to the rear edge of the wheel opening on the fender. Measure the same plce on both sides. Mine was off by about 1/2"
