Diags are run - no codes, Tech II reports no codes. Temp gauge is fine, no signs of cold running. ACC goes cold on one side, stays cold even when temp is set to "HI" (I assume this eliminates the vent sensor since WIS says flap should be set to 100% hot in this mode) if I recalibrate, most of the time heat comes back. I have to recalibrate almost EVERY TIME I go for a drive, sometimes twice!!!. Sunlight sensor is not covered and exterior temp gauge seems quite accurate. I was considering that the bypass valve may be activating, but since heat is good on the passenger side, I assume coolant is flowing.....grrrrrr.
