I have an 06 9-5 sport wagon with 32k miles on it, bought it with 23k miles, and it has treated me pretty well. I don't have any creaks or rattles really. My last Saab was an 00 9-3. I liked that car, but it had many mechanical issues and whenever it was cold out, the suspension would always make these awful creaking noises for about 5 minutes, that was annoying.

My ACC setup works well, I don't have that highspeed fan issue. I think the sport seats are awesome, I haven't had the flat bottom problem, that sounds like an issue to me. I'm 5'9 and 160 too, and I think the seats are super comfy, especially over the seats in my 00 Subaru Legacy wagon.

I've had some little things get fixed, but the car is a CPO, so it has been all taken care of (nothing major that has annoyed me):
-some of the plastic "screws" that hold the carpet on the rear hatch snapped. Dealer replaced.
-cabin air filter got funky and produced a smell in the cabin. Dealership took care of that
-1 of those little plastic pieces about the size of a nickel in back of the internal door handle fell out. Dealership replaced it.
-Internal plastic lining in rear fender started to pop out a bit. Dealer fixed that.
-Ignition switch got a little sticky so that when you pulled the key out the radio would sometimes stay on. Dealership lubed it and that worked.
-I now have that "clicking steering wheel" noise that others have mentioned, but sounds like if the dealer knows what they are doing they can fix that easily with some lube.
