Moisture cause no start?

I just purchased a 2002 9-5 Aero last weekend. It has 93,000 miles on it. Yesterday afternoon I went to start the car after I had been driving it for an hour, then went into a store for about half an hour, came out and the car wouldn't start. It cranked, but it wouldn't turn over. My first immediate thought was that it was the DI Cassette. But then after 20 minutes of just sitting there it started right up.
I drove it around last night and this morning no problems. Then I go to the car wash and try to start it up and same thing - engine cranks up but doesn't turn over. So I let it sit for 20-30 minutes and it starts up again.
I'm in Peoria, IL and the weather has been really wet with melting snow...so I thought maybe moisture is the problem. I have no idea if moisture can cause a DI Cassette to go temporarily bad or if DI Cassettes behave in this way. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Additionally, the PCV Update #6 has not been done yet, that is the first thing on my list to do. Could this have any effect on the car. The oil was just changed less than 1,000 miles ago.
