Just sepnt a good portion of my Sunday (gorgeous weather actually) under my wife's 2001 Hyundai elantra. She had intermittent codes saying slow response from the O2 sensor, and with 117k on her odometer it was time to replace it. I got a $75 Bosch one from Autoszone, and the old one was rusted in there good. Struggled for an hour to get it off (thank you, WD40) and replaced it. I wanted to check some things under my Saab too but we had other errands to finish.
Is it a similar job to do the O2 sensors on Saabs? Is it something I should plan to do soon since I am getting up close to 100k? Was it part of the 60k or 90k service by any chance?
