There are no PCV updates for the V6, although if your PCV vacuum lines are old it is wise to replace them, as well as the valve, and clean out any corresponding connectors. A lot of mine where heavily caked in dried oil goo.
Your Xenon lights are flickering because they are old and need to be replaced. Xenons don't just burn out suddenly like Halogen lamps. They slowly yellow, and start to flicker. When you replace them though there will be a night and day difference in the performance of your lights. Expensive, but worth it.
And chrome rims? Stock Saabs come with a flat alloy finish, not a shiny chrome. I like the stock look so mine are not painted to look any different.
