The tensioner itself, and the water pump would not be a bad idea. My mechanic replaced the belt, etc. on his V6, then the water pump failed w/o warning. He replaced the pump, but found out soon thereafter that while the coolant was flying around, the timing belt slipped a tooth or two, so he had to go back in a THIRD time & do the belt again...
