I'm not a fan of stop leak products. They are designed to swell the elastomer seals and plug the hole. The problem is it swells the seals at a cost of the elastomer strength. So this may work for a static o-ring seal, it could destroy a different seal in the compressor that contacts a spinning shaft
I would ask to narrow down the comment "leaks everywhere”.
Get a 2nd opinion and get the leak(s) identified. I doubt you have leaks at every connection....
O-rings get brittle/take a set and leak, these are at every joint.
Compressor seals leak
Condensers can get cracks and holes.
If it were me, I would try and narrow down the culprit(s) and fix it. If it was an expensive item to replace I would source a used like a compressor or plumbing.
