How many miles are on your car and when was the timing belt AND tensioner assembly and pulley were replaced? If they haven't been replaced you need to turn the car OFF and have it TOWED to a Saab mechanic to have it done. You don't want to risk needing a new engine. If you take the serpentine belt off it's safe to run the car for about 30 seconds. If the sound goes away it's a pulley on the serpentine belt. If it doesn't go away, call a tow truck to have the timing belt and everything associated with it replaced. The tensioners are what fail, and you may be a lucky guy and it's telling you it's tired. Most just seize immediately and melt/shred the belt.
