Seat Cover Problems

I recently noticed that the leather seat covers are coming away from the steel seat frame along the front section of both front seats. I've tried to reattach them by placing the plastic-reinforced channel along the edge of the covers back on the frame, but they begin to come off within a day or two. Has anyone had the same problem, and if so, how did the dealer correct it?
Thanks
