Few impact guns will have a precise setting for the amount of torque it applies. The best you can do is use the tool's lowest setting, and go manually from there.
What I used for a long time was a long (20" +) 1/2" drive breaker bar, the appropriate socket, and (if needed) a 1/2" drive extension of no more than about 3".
That was to break the bolts/nuts free.
Then I used a speed handle (looks like the jack handle) with the socket to speed off the bolts/nuts, and speed them back on again. I had a 3/8 drive speed handle, but you could buy the 1/2" drive as well.
Lastly, I'd follow up with a 1/2" drive torque wrench set to the proper setting.
