I know some people have luck (luck being the KEY word) having bent or dented wheels fixed, but the vast majority just have problems afterward. If I ever get a bent rim (knocks on wood not to...) I will just replace it and not go through the hassle and stress of trying to find someone to fix it. It will never be 100% right again.
And as CY said, if you paid the dealer to fix the wheel, and they couldn't, you should be banging on their door for your money back. Tell them they can keep the wheel too. :) A used Klingon in good shape should not be difficult to come across. I spy one on eBay. Good luck!
