What have you tried? In my experience this is subframe related. That information comes from Saab and on my car the subframe replacement did the most to get the car back to spec. Of course, the new subframe will fail just like the old one until we get a redesign out of Saab.
I’m wondering if we could get Eibach or some other company to make a solution for this issue. It wouldn’t be cheap, but neither is all the wear, damage, and headaches from this. I can’t use my car with load. I might as well have a Smart two seater.
My dealer refused to let me examine my old subframe in comparison to the new one. Perhaps someone with a very bad one (yours sounds pretty bad) might be able to determine the failure mode. It could be that some sort of reinforcing bracket could control the deformation and that that with one of the alternate damper options might do the trick.
I also don’t know why all the GM 2900 cars had this issue to come extent. It seems unlikely that the geometry of the setup would lead to a situation that couldn’t be controlled with beefier parts.
