I have the IHF1000 in my '03 Aero, integration with the saab was the easy part. There is an outfit called (I think) Uhltronics that allows you to have OnStar and the HF connected. basically a smart switch that gives the onstar priority. I don't use Onstar but wanted to have it enabled in case I sold the car and someone wanted it.
I will warn you, however, that the IHF1000 doesn't play well with an iPhone. Mine worked perfectly with my blackberry, my Motorola RAZR and SLVR and a Nokia N95 (i think it was) but the iPhone doesn't work right. The most annoying thing is that you can't answer calls from the Motorola, you must answer from the iphone. It also holds the line but won't let you play voicemails through the hands free kit, but the iphone thinks that it is listening. Quite annoying, and neither Motorola or Apple will acknowledge that they have an issue.
