I believe Chuck may be the greatest guy, but I have received conflicting reports about my car from them on more than one occasion, not to mention they have a service writer who seems to imply every time that I talk to him that I should dump my car and buy something else.
Latest example: I have a loud fuel pump. I bring it in for them to look at, and I am told that I have a bad alternator that won't last more than the drive home and am crazy to think the noise is coming from my fuel pump. Six months later my car is running strong and the fuel pump is still loud.
Earlier + later example: 70K mile service I get told I have leaking struts/shocks at all four corners. 75K mile service when I asked for them to all be replaced I am told they're fine, no leaks, and to forget about replacing them for a good long time.
Needless to say I've moved on. The prices are not that great, and the conflicting stories from the service department have me scratching me head.
2001 9-3. Perfectly maintained with every single document since before purchase. (I am really anal retentive about my car)
