The WIS shows a picture of loosening the banjo bolt from the tranny cooler line and applying the fluid transfer machine to it. None of us have the fluid transfer machine, but if you just let that hose dangle and drain into a bucket, you get about 3+ liters out.
It's real easy, no parts to buy but it takes a while (20 min) and be careful in the alignment of the plug on reinstallation. Rotating the fitting away from the engine (toward the ground) puts a tug on the hose and may cause a chaff of the hose on a metal edge.
I do this first as part of the oil change ritual so the fluid has drained by the time the oil & filter have been changed.
