I would just push all the buttons multiple times to maybe free them up from being stuck if they are. The memory buttons just pry out of the plastic seat surround so if you're handy maybe you could take them apart and use some contact cleaner if the switch comes apart.
It's not unheard of for the seat memory module (starred in picture) under the seat to freak out and require replacement. You can just unplug it (the memory controller) for now so you can adjust the seat without the memory function interfering. The memory module also controls the mirrors. It may also be worth jiggling all the connectors associated with the module before replacing anything. If you do need to replace stuff I'm sure you could find a switch and/or module used for cheap on eBay maybe. Good luck!
