Also a 96 900SE and loved it. Traded in last April for an '01 9-5 (what is now a Linear Model. I agree it is a whole different car than the 900 or 9-3. In my opinion a much better one! The 9-5's larger interior is especially welcome as the two kids get bigger, and on long road trips. There is a loss of some luggage space, but by using a different combination of bag sizes we can get just about the same amount of "stuff" in the back.
