check engine code P0107

I have a 2001 turbo. So the readout for code P0107 says "manifold absolute pressure/baro sensor low input".
I called Saab dealer and they said I needed part # 9171497 (intake pressure sensor). I ordered this from eEuroparts ($142.20) Ouch!
Now I can't seem to find out if this is the right part. It appears to thread into somewhere and has 3 connectors on top, but I can't locate the position in my engine compartment. I installed WIS to try and fine where this belongs to no avail.
Does anybody know whar this code means? Is it related to the MAP sensor?
I searched the threads and saw "CAAPS" or "charge air absolute pressure sensor" and this was described as being located on the air intake pipe between the intercooler and throttle body, just above the turbo diverter valve. This is part # is 9197948 and is described as a "air temp sensor" and looks nothing like the part I have from eEuroparts. There is another a intake pressure sensor (#90490743) located in eEuroparts listing, but no picture.
Do I have the right part? (#9171497)? If so, where is it located?
If wrong part, what do I need? One of the above?
Thanks in advance!
