I had this problem on my V6 for a little while after my father decided to do me a favor by filling my tank... with ghetto 87 octane gas. Ugh. I put a Techron bottle in and it went away. Are you using at least mid-grade in it? Have you cleaned the TB? It's REALLY easy on the V6. It sorta sounds like the TB is delayed in adjusting the throttle plate to compensate for the load the transmission puts on the engine while idling. Worst case scenario you need to replace the throttle body. I would rather deal with the hiccup in the morning and have $400 in my pocket though. It's a Saab, it's gonna have a couple quirks. Even my Aero with 40k hesitates a tiny bit when putting it in gear. The 4-cyl makes a funny little snort sound as it gains momentum again.
