According to OnDemand5, he is doubling the labor Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Wed, 5 Aug 2009 03:52:33 In Reply to: labor time on serp belt/tensioner assmebly replacement?, TimBrown, Tue, 4 Aug 2009 18:46:20 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
OnDemand5 is a estimating software package for Professional Techs. I use it to verify times qoted to me and to help me decide if a job is D-I-Y capable for me.
The standard time for a belt replcement on a 2003 Aero is 1 hour. If the tensioner is done at the same time as a combination job, add 0.2 hours. Total estimate is 1.2 hours for this work.
Obviously this estimating program is not fool-proof, but having done this job myself I am confident I could meet these times.
