New to the 9-5 - A question about AC fan noise

Hello All,
I'm a former 900T and 9000T owner, and I just stepped up to a 9-5 Wagon. I found an almost perfect, cherry 2004 9-5 Arc with 55,000 miles a couple of weeks ago at a dealer for a little over $10,000, and it still has about 6 months left on the warranty. Overall, it's a more understated, luxurious ride than my '93 9000T which I still have, but I'll definitely miss the 9000 when it's gone.
Anyways, one of the few issues I've identified on the new wagon so far is that the AC fan makes an intermittent, audible clicking noise. It's not very loud, but it's noticeable when it's there. Otherwise, the AC works fine. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm hoping I can have the fan replaced under warranty, but if not, is this an expensive repair? How accessible is the AC fan? Could I do it myself?
Thanks very much for your feedback.
Brian
