Ah, yes, I remember it well. I'd had my "new to me" '03 Aero for about two weeks before I got the infamous 'low coolant' message on the SID. Thanks to Saabnet & a new valve rushed to me from eeuroparts, I was able to replace it and still keep my weekend getaway plans. It's been about 2.5 years since, so I should probably go ahead and order another new one for the inevitable '2nd time around'.
Don't worry about your swiftness as a mechanic. It truly is a PIA job.
