'99 Wagon with manual tranni & 140k miles...
It shifts fine when I first start the car, but about a few minutes down the road it becomes increasingly more difficult to move the shifter into any gear.
Once it appeared that I could not get the clutch to disengage all the way even with the clutch pedal pressed all the way to the floor during decel down a hill. I was at about 3k RPMS with the clutch pedal up/out and ~2k RPMs with the pedal pressed to the floor, as if I had the clutch pedal like half way in.
Later on when I started the car, with the clutch pedal in and in reverse, the car bucked for a second as if the clutch pedal was not depressed.
Does this sound like a hydraulic issue withe the master & slave cylinders or more like a clutch wearing out issue?
many thanks,
Darrell
