WI but E0 is now on the rare side here too especially since end of summer '08 (started to tighten up after summer of '07). The few places left with E0 generally only have it in premium. Moreover, as of this year, E0 premium is pretty much all 91 octane at least locally. Normal octane ratings around here have long been 87 reg, 89 (occasionally 90) mid, 93 (or 92 at some places like Mobile) for premium and that remains the case with E10 but with E0 prem all seems to pretty much be 91 now as of this summer (I can still get 92 E0 at one place up north). There was one local hold out with 93 E0 until the last week of August this year but they are now 91 E0. I'm guessing refiners are all refining the premium grade blend base fuels to 91 octane with the assumption that the ethanol will be added and to get the boost to 93 so no one is refining the base gas to 93.
We do have one station where you still have a choice across the grades which is nice although with slightly different octane ratings: 87/89/91 E0 or 87/90/93 E10. The E0 is slightly higher price which makes buying the premium and paying extra for lower octane a little agonizing. I do however seem to easily get better mileage on 91 E0 than I do on 93 E10 but not enough data to really say how much.
Stations that seem to have E0 at some locations in state are BP (number of locations through out state), Phillips 66 (number of stations), at least one local Shell choice of 91E0 or 93E10, number of Cenex around state (in some cases across grades), maybe some Sinclair still. But E10 dominates.
