I use a 1/4" flex drive handle with a socket at the end and manage to guide and hold the socket onto the screw head while turning the handle with my other hand.
If you buy a flat mirror glass (approx 8" square or round) and put it on the floor, you can work looking through the mirror glass.
It makes it quite much easier when doing work under the dash board but it takes a little bit finesse to get used to working through a mirror.
I also have a minimag light in my mouth shining light through the mirror up into the area I work at.
