We own a 2003 Aero sedan and a 2004 Aero wagon. I like the interior better in the 2003. The throttle bodies are different between the two but most parts are interchangeable. As said above no wx band in the 2004 (which I miss) but I like the SID better in the 2004. I seem to have had more things break on my 2004 like the sunroof, heater box, ACC fan, ignition key cylinder and throttle body but I have had to replace some common items on both cars - IDM and heater valve. I replaced the CPS only on the 2003 (so far). The dealer replaced (for free) the oil pan in the 2003 after it developed a crack but said it was clean with no sludge. That's after semi-synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles. Almost 86,000 miles on the 2003 now and 65,000 n the 2004 with no major engine issues.
