LesH is right. While Saab doesn't recommend replacing the tensioner and pulleys (they really should) it's more or less common practice to replace them at 60k mile intervals.
I guess if your adventurous side needs to have that adrenaline rush every day wondering "hmm will my timing belt tensioner crap out today?" you could go ahead and try to lube it. Otherwise, if you want to prevent it from self-destructing, just replace it. Good luck!
