The power steering cooler (just a U-shaped loop hanging out in front of the A/C condenser), is attached to a bracket on the subframe, using one of those rubber block things that has two 6mm studs coming out of it on opposite sides. It looks like one of the rubber mounts that supports the air cleaner (also attached to the subframe), but I don't know if it is actually the same part number.
9000 owners will recognize this kind of part as it first appeared in the role of power window motor mount. These would regularly separate and cause a clunk when window direction was reversed.
However, the power steering cooler is on the right side (passenger side) of the engine compartment. The thin cooler on on the car that runs along the bottom of the radiator is the oil cooler. This is attached to the intercooler (although it might be the radiator), with two 6mm by 30mm bolts on each end. Look at the mount on the right side to see what you are looking for on the left side.
Hope this helps.
