Anyone with real European Delivery pricing experience?

I've been lurking on this board for a while now to get some insight about Saab 9-5 in order to eventually and hopefully buy an Aero SW via the European Delivery (ED) program this summer.
Time flies so I'm now into budgeting. Saab's web site and various ads suggest a rebate of only 5% from MSRP using this program. Moreover it seems that to get any real life pricing you have to actually begin the ordering process, unlike Volvo, which has all the pricing data on their web site.
By comparing Saab’s and Volvo’s prices it is obvious to me that Saab’s program is the less advantageous of the two and by far.
Volvo’s ED rebate is about 8-9% from MSRP resulting in a final price lower than invoice and even more so when compared to Edmund’s TMV (True Market Value) for any of their vehicles.
In contrast Saab’s 5% rebate from MSRP places the final total somewhere between invoice and MSRP while the TMV is lower than invoice.
After all this rambling I have one question.
Is Saab’s ED price negotiable?
Thank you all.
