I'm so sorry to hear that your '04 Aero experience is sucking so much. I have had a couple minor glitches with mine but I'm still loving the car.

You can buy ACC bulbs from eEuroparts. They are stupidly expensive unfortunately. They are P/N 12768303 and are $6.21 EACH. The best way to remove the ACC is to remove the stereo head unit with DIN tools and then push the ACC out from behind. All the bulbs are visible on the back of the unit. They have a slot for a flat-head screw driver and a quarter turn CCW will loosen them.

As for the cracked carbon fiber dash. Don't let them get away with that and CERTAINLY don't let them slather it with EPOXY!! Holy God. Make them look harder, and if they still can't find one, find one yourself and bring them the bill. You shouldn't have to live with that because a hasty tech cracked it.
