all of the exhaust parts you're going to remove. If you're doing it on the weekend, oil them at least a few times during the week(better to do them every night). Oil all of the nuts and also the oxygen sensors. If you do that, they'll probably come off with little or no problems. After you drop the pan, scrape the old sealant off and then try using a small brass or regular wire brush to get both the engine and oil pan as clean as possible. Have a couple cans of brake cleaner to help clean everything. You might also want to let the car sit overnight(with the pan off) to let most of the oil drain.
